The FAQ Page

Welcome!

I notice that there are two methods for making payments on your website. A *Click to purchase* button, and *special payments* section. Which one should I use?

The *click to purchase* button can only be used for ordering prints or framed prints at the set price shown on the ordering page, and is an easy way of ordering a photo right from the gallery page your viewing. The *special payments* page is for people who have contacted me first about ordering multiple items, or electronic files. They would use this method for transferring payment after a price was quoted to them. Either method is fine to use... I just have to be contacted first if you use the special payments section so I know what you're ordering.

What if I order a print and then change my mind after sending payment?

No need for worry... just notify me as soon as you can, and I'll refund the money right back to you from PayPal. I always respond to an order I receive very quickly with an Email... So you'll never need to worry about your money getting back to you.

How are your items shipped?

The framed prints are packaged at a local UPS store, and shipped out UPS from that UPS store. The prints by themselves are sent USPS priority mail. Hi-res digital files are either uploaded to my FTP site, where I'll send you a user name and password so you can retrieve the file, or if you want, I can mail it to you on a CD.

How long have you had this site?

I have had this website since 2005. Though I do change the looks and the design of it every so often, it's still the same site with the same domain name and information that it has always had. My website's domain name and hosting is paid in full at GoDaddy until the year 2016.

What are the electronic 300dpi RGB digital images I see for sale here?

These files are primarily used by designers, book and magazine publishers, and ad agencies. The high resolution images are for use in 4 color process printing, or any other use the customer wants them for. They must be converted from RGB over to CMYK... cyan, magenta, yellow, and black in order to be used for the process printing. The digital files eliminate the need for wait time and the need for high end rotary drum scanning.
